I worked with Jackie on the purchase of both a single family home and a town home condo, and though I am not one to typically write reviews, due to the quality of her work, her follow through and her overall professionalism, I decided I had no choice. The market here in Idaho at the time of writing is competitive, to say the least, however she made the process of finding, negotiating, and closing on the properties so easy that everyone I've told has shaken their heads in disbelief. The first home I purchased appraised for tens of thousands more that what I bought it for, and the second, which I closed on just forty five days later, came in right at the appraised price. With Jackie, it was easy, I made offers on only two homes, and both of those offers got accepted. Again, truly incredible at this time and in this market. There is a favor that she carries that evident in her work.

She was professional, knowledgeable and always available for questions. Because we live in California currently, Jackie offered to show us homes via FaceTime with her at the actual property.
